Gegenstand der Sendung sind die steigenden Zahlen durch Extremereignisse vertriebenen Menschen, als auch die Ursachen dafür. Veränderungen in der Atmosphäre führen zu mehr Stürmen und Überschwemmungen. Gibt es mehr oder weniger Stürme? Was sind die Gründe? Ausserdem sprechen wir über aktuelle Überschwemmungen.
